Apple Pie Overnight Chia Pudding

The whole idea of Overnight Chia Pudding is to create a super-fast, make-ahead breakfast you can whip up the night before. Great for meal prepping so you’ve got grab-and-go breakfasts all week long, too!

IngredientS

– unsweetened coconut milk – chia seeds – brown sugar – pure maple syrup – cinnamon – unpeeled, grated apple – crumbled graham crackers

Step 1 :  Mix your chia with cinnamon, maple syrup, brown sugar… and a liquid, of course.

Step 2 :  Set the bowl aside and wait a lil’ bit. While you’re waiting, it’s the perfect time to grate some apple.
