7-Layer Christmas Potluck Salad

The classic 7-Layer Salad gets a holiday makeover with gorgeous red and green Christmas stripes!

It’s easy to make, yet pretty enough to be a standout at any Christmas potluck or holiday party!

– Romaine lettuce – Eggs – Red bell pepper – Green peas – Green onions – Sharp white cheddar cheese

The only real effort here is chopping your ingredients… plus a few moments to whisk together your dressing.

Put about ¾ of your romaine lettuce in the bottom of your bowl, in an even layer.

As you build your red pepper layer, I recommend that you press the skin of the red pepper chunks against the glass, as much as possible.
