Asian Sugar Snap Peas

This super-easy Asian Sugar Snap Peas recipe is ready in 5 minutes flat – a perfect side dish for busy nights!

These peas are also delicious chilled, and they rewarm well, so they’re a great make-ahead recipe for meal prep!

– sugar snap peas – reduced-sodium soy sauce – toasted sesame oil – sweet and spicy pepper relish – salt – black sesame seeds

INGREDIENTS:

Toss hot, cooked sugar snap peas with soy sauce and sesame oil.

Add Pepper Relish (or jelly / chili garlic paste substitution) to taste. We find that 2 teaspoons is a good starting amount but we often add more.

Once you're done adding Pepper Relish, and adjusting the other flavors, add a pinch of salt, only if needed.

Garnish with black sesame seeds, if desired. They don't add much flavor, but they look really pretty.
