2-Ingredient Flank Steak

This ultra-simple, Quick Flank Steak recipe has been a family favorite for decades.

You need just 2 ingredients … seriously, JUST 2! Yet it’s flavorful, tender and delicious, every single time!

- beef flank steak - soy sauce

INGREDIENTS:

Place flank steak in a heavy-duty, gallon-sized zipper bag. Pour soy sauce into the bag, thoroughly coating the steak.

Place the bag in the refrigerator, making sure that the steak is laying flat.

Prepare your grill and preheat on high heat. Remove the flank steak from the marinade and sear on each side for about 2 minutes.

Turn the heat down to about medium or move the steak to a cooler part of the grill. Continue grilling until the steak.

Remove steak from the grill to a clean plate and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
