7-Layer Chicken Taco Salad

– Tomatoes – Thick and chunky salsa – Cilantro – Green onions – Chicken breasts – Nonfat plain Greek yogurt – Onion powder

INGREDIENTS:

In a medium bowl, stir together tomatoes, salsa, cilantro, and green onions.

In a second medium bowl, combine chicken, Greek yogurt, remaining salsa, onion powder, salt, and garlic powder.

In a large bowl (preferably a straight-sided, clear glass salad bowl or trifle bowl), layer the salad.

Just before serving, sprinkle salad with crushed tortilla chips and additional cilantro.
