Mini Deep Dish Pizzas + Dessert!

This is the best family pizza night recipe ever!

The pizzas bake right along with quick mini apple pies in this complete, healthy meal the whole family will love!

– Apple – Pecans – Brown sugar – Water – Cinnamon – Whole wheat pizza dough

INGREDIENTS:

Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare muffin pans (20 cups in regular-sized muffin pans [not mini pans]) by spraying with nonstick spray.

In a medium bowl, combine apple, pecans, brown sugar, water, and cinnamon, stirring to combine.

Form dough into a smooth ball, then divide it into even quarters with a dough scraper or sharp knife.

Add pizza toppings and cheese (excluding sauce) to 16 of the prepared dough cups.

Use ingredients to help push down on dough and drive dough up the sides of the muffin cups, creating a deep-dish pizza crust.
