Apple Pie Oatmeal

All-American apple pie is   re-invented in this delicious, healthy breakfast!

This is a quick, easy oatmeal recipe, loaded with nutrition!

– Nonfat milk – Water – Quick oats – Honeycrisp or Pink Lady apples – Unsweetened applesauce

INGREDIENTS:

Bring the milk and water to a boil in a saucepan that's large enough to prevent boil-overs.

Once the liquids boil, reduce the heat to low. Add the oats and then stir in all other ingredients.

Continue cooking for 1-2 minutes as you’re adding the ingredients, until the oats are done and the oatmeal is thickened to your liking.
