Caprese Grilled Fish

Caprese Grilled Fish is a super-simple yet incredibly delicious meal that’s perfect with summer’s best tomatoes and basil!

It's an easy grilling recipe for cookouts and family suppers!

For the Caprese Topping: – Diced tomatoes  – Fresh mozzarella – Fresh basil – Balsamic vinegar – Extra virgin olive oil

INGREDIENTS:

In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Brush fish thoroughly on both sides with olive oil, and then sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over both sides.

Grill fish over medium heat. Allow the first side to sear for about 3-4 minutes, until lightly golden brown grill marks form.

Flip fish to second side and continue grilling until the fish is cooked through.

Spoon caprese topping over fish.
