Sheet Pan Chicken and Vegetables

This sheet pan dinner truly is so very easy, with delightfully quick cleanup.

And it's SO delicious, with Iayers of Italian flavors, two cheeses, and a fresh caprese topping!

Caprese Topping – Tomatoes  – Fresh mozzarella cheese – Fresh basil – Balsamic vinegar – Extra virgin olive oil

INGREDIENTS:

In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, vinegar,  olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

On one parchment-lined sheet pan, toss green beans, potatoes, oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Then, spread the vegetables out so they aren't piled on top of each other.

On a second parchment-lined sheet pan, drizzle the remaining oil evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
