Lightened Up Cheeseburger Salad

This lightened-up main dish salad recipe is an easy meal-in-one!

It's all the flavors of a big, juicy cheeseburger – and a side of fries.

- Idaho russet potatoes - Garlic - Canola oil - Your favorite spice blend - Salt - Ground beef - Ketchup

INGREDIENTS:

Cut potatoes into long, thick wedges. Put in a gallon zipper bag along with the minced garlic. Drizzle with oil and season.

Then give a good shake until potatoes are evenly coated with oil and spices. Bake for 45 minutes.

Meanwhile, brown a pound of extra-lean ground beef in a large nonstick skillet. Add ketchup and mustard.

While your beef mixture is cooking, grab your favorite knife, and take a quick moment to chop your onions, tomatoes and sweet pickles.
