Easy No-Bake Gingerbread Date Balls

Gingerbread Date Balls are easy little no-bake treats that take just minutes to make … and will disappear even faster! Filled with yummy, holiday gingerbread flavor!

These date balls are so quick and can be made ahead and frozen, they’re perfect last-minute, homemade DIY gifts, too!

- dates - cinnamon - nutmeg - allspice - ginger - pecans

INGREDIENTS:

Place all ingredients in a food processor, sprinkling the spices evenly around the processor bowl.

1

Process the date mixture until it reaches your desired consistency, scraping the bowl once or twice if needed. Be very careful not to add too much water, though!

2

With very slightly dampened hands, roll the date mixture into 1-inch balls and lay the balls on parchment or wax paper to dry.

3

If you are rolling the date balls in the optional pecan coating, coat each ball immediately after you've shaped it, while it's still a bit sticky and damp.

4

These date balls are a great make-ahead treat because they refrigerate and freeze very well.
