Whole Wheat Banana Bread with Pecans and Dates

– cooking spray – whole wheat flour – baking powder – baking soda – cinnamon – sea salt – pecans – dates

Step 1 :  Preheat oven to 375°F.

Step 2 :  Prepare a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan by spraying with cooking spray and/or lightly but thoroughly flouring the bottom.

Step 3 :  In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt, whisking to combine thoroughly.
