Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip

This Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip slashes unwanted fat and calories. But don’t worry … nobody will even notice!

IngredientS

- shredded boneless, skinless chicken breast - shredded cheddar cheese - cream cheese (Neufchâtel cheese) - Greek yogurt-based ranch dressing - Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce - diced celery - diced sweet onion - optional: thinly sliced green onions

Step 1 :  Mix the chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ranch, and hot sauce together in a medium-sized bowl.

Step 2 :  Microwave (on full power) for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave again for about 1 1/2 minutes more, until the cheddar cheese is fully melted and the dip is hot.

Step 3: Before serving, stir the hot dip again to make sure everything is smoothly incorporated, and then stir in the celery and onion.
