Superfoods Brussels Sprout Salad

Brussels Sprout Salad recipes are soooo trending right now. But how do you make a great salad recipe even greater? 

Ready in about 5 minutes flat, it’s perfect as a unique Thanksgiving side dish, or as a super-fast summer salad!

– "Superfood" or "Power Blend" bagged, shredded vegetable blend (including Brussels sprouts, napa cabbage, kohlrabi, broccoli, carrots, and kale – see note) – dried cranberrie – shelled, roasted, salted pistachio

Instructions

Step 1 :  Mix shredded vegetable blend, cranberries, and pistachios in a large bowl.  

Step 2 :  In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until salt is dissolved and all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and smoothly emulsified.
